Bear’s paw is one of the most adorable members in the succulents family. It has a peculiar thick, ovate fuzzy green leaves with prominent dark red toothed edges that resemble the claws of a bear and velvety coating, this little fella does an awesome job in adding beautiful contrast and unique texture to any space.
Bear paws have plump, fuzzy green leaves, often with reddish tips on the ends. Making them look like bear claws, or paws. People also call them cat paw succulent, bear paw cactus, or bear claw succulent.
That same leaf shape is what gives the plant its common name. Each one looks like the shell of a miniature turtle strung together.
